Once an order is made, orders cannot be canceled. We will only exchange or refund if a product is damaged. Verification of a damaged product must be made via e-mail or phone within 10 days of receipt. Please provide buyer name, mailing address, e-mail address, contact phone number and full name of damaged product. Paradizo Dance Store will mail buyer a pre-paid stamped return envelope. Upon receipt of damaged product, Paradizo Dance Store will mail a replacement.
